Questions

The questions nurses actually ask us first.

Who is this programme for?

Nurses and caregivers currently living and working in India who want a clinical or care role abroad. That includes BSc and GNM nurses, staff nurses, nursing assistants, caregivers and allied healthcare workers.

Do you guarantee a job abroad?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Employers make hiring decisions and governments make visa decisions. What we commit to is preparation and access: if we fail to secure a single interview for you, you receive 100% of your money back.

How long does the process usually take?

It depends almost entirely on language and recognition. GCC routes can move in months. The UK commonly runs about a year. Germany, Canada and Australia typically take longer because of language or credential assessment. We give you a realistic estimate for your profile before you commit.

I have less than a year of experience. Should I wait?

Not necessarily, but be realistic. Several destinations expect meaningful clinical experience. If you are early in your career, we will usually recommend building experience and starting language preparation in parallel, so you are ready the moment you qualify on paper.

Do I need to know German or another foreign language?

Only for destinations that require it. English-language destinations need a recognised English test. Germany requires German at the level the state authority sets. We tell you which applies before you begin, not after.

What does it cost?

Our fee depends on the destination and how much of the process you want handled for you. There is no standard package price on this page because quoting one before understanding your profile would be dishonest. We share the full cost in writing before you commit, including third-party fees you will pay directly to test bodies and regulators.

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. We are a career preparation and guidance service. We prepare you, position your application and coach you through interviews. We do not ask you to pay for a job offer.

Can caregivers apply, or only registered nurses?

Both. Caregiving and nursing assistant pathways exist in several markets, though the requirements and the roles differ from registered nursing. The eligibility check will point you towards the right track.
